Choose the system architecture first

For an analog mixer, document powered speakers or external amplifiers, signal levels and outputs. For a powered mixer, document speaker impedance, quantity, cable runs, required continuous output and ventilation.

Priority wholesale shortlist

BP6, BP8, BP10 and BP14 form a scalable analog family for compact through medium input plans. They provide a clearer distributor range than mixing unrelated single models.

PMX-1208D is the priority conventional powered-mixer position. PH4 and PH6 combine compact mixing, Bluetooth, wireless microphone functions and built-in amplification for portable and value-focused PA packages.

Count physical inputs and outputs

List microphones, mono instruments, stereo playback, returns and spare inputs. Verify XLR, line, high-impedance, USB, Bluetooth, effects sends, monitor outputs and recording functions separately.

For powered mixers, compare amplifier output independently from mixer channel count. Confirm rated load, connector wiring and protection behavior on the current version.

Run a complete sample test

Test gain, EQ, phantom power, effects, media playback, Bluetooth, USB, routing, noise and controls. Run powered models with the intended speakers at sustained operating level and verify heat, fan noise, clipping and protection.

Approve repeat-order evidence

Confirm voltage, plug, amplifier rating, speaker load, accessories, manuals, packing, branding, MOQ, lead time, warranty and spare parts. Keep an approved production-version record.
